Okay - I have not read this whole thread, but all I'm going to say about working out for Disney (or for any other reason) is that I am the laziest person in the entire world, and if I can do it,
anyone can. Considering that I eat this sort of dinner like it is going out of style -

Oh wait, sorry - that's not a full serving of drinks. That's just the appetizer.
But anyway, the way I feel is that the only way I am allowed to do whatever I want (as far as eating and drinking goes) is if I pay the price in the gym. This seems to get more important the older I get. At this point, I'm in my 40's and my metabolism has come to a complete standstill - if I put on cherry chapstick, I gain 5 pounds.
So in order to partake in the pizza and the cocktails, I have to do this:

But anyway, I am not really a fan of working out, but in my opinion, it is totally necessary, and especially if you have bad habits like I do (errr - 300 cocktails per hour anyone?), and honestly, once you get into the pattern, you will feel great when you do it, and kind of like a schlub when you miss a day, and when you get to your Disney vacation, you will be fully entitled to go completely insane and have anything your heart desires without worry.
