Hello
I am in with a lower body workout. It called for a kettle bell, but I don't have one. I just used a 15 lb dumb bell. I did some swings with it, wow. My heart rate got up there without any impact, which is really great. I am all about conserving cartilage these days! lol

My husband made chili tonight. I had a little bit, I wasn't feeling it.

Good morning LS 5 advanced miles. The time change usually bugs me but for some reason it didn't this time:) it's going to rain all day (March showers bring April flowers:hilarious: after the last couple of years I'm not complaining just stating) but it sure beats snow. So I've already put a yoga dvd in to do once I kick everybody out. Yea Monday!

We had rain all day Sunday into mid morning today. My back yard is saturated. We're supposed to have severe weather tomorrow, hopefully not *too* severe.

I love chili. One of my favorite things and there are so many variations.

Thanks, after 6 weeks of the flu, and then a lung infection, it's great to be back. Hello everyone. I'm starting over on my bike. That's okay, I have an excuse to ride every other day for a while. I really enjoyed the ride yesterday.

Wow, it sounds like you been through so much. A lung infection sounds scary. I'm glad to see you're back on your bike.
