Well, technically I am a few days closer to 60 than 50. In a few years, 50s will become just a memory.
Your so lucky... I don't remember it. Wait, I do... it was that absolute worst first half of a decade of my life to date. When you are creeping up on 60 being a memory the most positive thing you can possibly do is remember it. 50 to 55 I prefer to cleanse from my memory banks.

Hello-
I am in with another full body workout, actually it is the same one as yesterday. You do one workout 5 days and then move on to the next. So, that sorts out my "paralysis by analysis " when it comes to selecting workouts. LOL I was a bit sore from yesterday, but once I got moving, I loosened up a bit. :)

Well, it hit 80 degrees here today. I am sure there will still be some more cold days, but today was nice, nice, nice.
Had some stuff to do around the house but still made time to walk.
Cooked out this evening. My wife said she was craving "just regular ole hamburgers," so regular ole hamburgers it was. Now I did cook them on the ceramic grill, indirect at 350 degrees to an internal temperature of 160 degrees and they came out perfect, very moist, juicy, smokey and flavorful.
I avoided the buns, potato chips, ketchup, steak sauce and baked beans that she enjoyed, as I am firmly sticking to this watching my carbs thing as I have Dr. appointment and lab work coming up in late April and I desperately want to see some lower numbers.
So here are the things she had with her burger, and a pic of my plate without that stuff. Man, the chips would have been good, but I did not have a single one, none, nada, zilch.

Good morning. Today is just some yoga and walking around the mall. Day 7 of raw:) I feel really good might just be the weather but at least everything is yummy. Today I'm making garlicky alfredo:hungry: After my dh and I get back from shopping, which reminds me put miso on my shopping list. Have a magical and healthy day

Hello-
I am in with another full body workout. I like these, because you have really have to engage your brain when you do them. I went for a walk yesterday and not much more. I went to bed at 11 PM Friday and woke up for the day at 2 AM! Boo! So, I just took it easy and enjoyed the fresh air and seeing all the signs of spring that are starting to emerge. :)

Good morning LS 5 advanced miles. The time change usually bugs me but for some reason it didn't this time:) it's going to rain all day (March showers bring April flowers:hilarious: after the last couple of years I'm not complaining just stating) but it sure beats snow. So I've already put a yoga dvd in to do once I kick everybody out. Yea Monday!
