Never had that problem. I can quit almost instantly with no emotional trauma at all.Good for you, once you get into an exercise regime it's hard to quit. (At least that was the way it was for me in the past)
There is no part of the above that is edible. I admire anyone that can do that. I personally would, and probably will, die fat.So far I've been water sauteing onions, peppers and a green of his choice and topping it with a poached egg, he also gets 7 oz of yogurt and one serving with fruit. His lunch today was 1/2 cup brown rice, a huge and I mean huge pile of spagetti squash
WOW!!!!!!!!!!!!! Impressive, you're doing great. I couldn't take her for that long. She's...................Hello-
I have been keeping up with my Turbo Fire rotation. Today is my off day. I've just been focusing on eating lean protein and veggies. I made an almond danish ring for my husband and son this weekend and I didn't even touch it. I'm feeling pretty positive about that.
You ate much better than I did tonight as I had a big ole serving of mashed potatoes made with lots of butter and cream cheese. Had some peas to go with it, but the potatoes were just decadent. I Gotta do better...gotta do better. So, tonight I tried one of those Libby veggie cups. Nuked it for 30 seconds, drained the water and ate it. Not the greatest taste, but it was small enough that I finished it. Starting off dinner with a hot veggie, followed by my "entree" (I had some pita chips & cheese, and hommus), I found that I was full and didn't want dessert. During this week, I'll try the green beans and the corn, and I'll let you know what I think of them. I might try the Del Monte fruit cup tomorrow, too.
