working out for Disney

Good Sunday morning did a quick 5 miles inside hoping to get outside by this time next week! LOL Made some more scones so 1 for breakfast with some coffee with almond milk! Another good week for veggies at the store! Yea So today I'm going to make "cream" of cauliflower soup or french onion soup with vegan cheese lunch will be a salad with beans and snack some of the strawberries I got and some raw pecans! Hope all of you impcacted by the late season winter storms are staying safe!!!!!! Be careful and keep moving!

A lousy start to the week weather wise for me! I want to go outside so badly it's starting to hurt!:mad: I'm getting 1-3 inches of $#%T or 4-8 depending on which station I put on this frigid am! Sorry about the rant but I am going to try to get out and get a mile in before the snow hits! I did 10 inside miles with boosters and had a quinoa, white bean bean, tomato and baby spinich this am lightly steamed! The rest of the day will depend on the weather, my kids may get sent home early. So to all my friends here be careful and keep moving!

Morning! Good weekend visiting DD! DH off work today do getting a lot done around the house. Will get the walking in sometime after lunch. Breakfast yogurt and granola, lunch and dinner involving veggies! Have a great workout today everyone!

Good morning I got up and did 10 inside miles this morning. It's about all I can do, slipped on some ice yesterday I can walk forever but other movements are questionable at best!:oops: I have no idea what's for breakfast thinking about a veggie curry after the coffee kicks in! Hope you are all well and keep moving foward!

Still doing the EPCOT tour every evening and eating right ... Put on 3lbs last week so on it waith avengance this week to start shifting the last of the weight ... although having seen the weather outside am glad i invested in a crosstrainer .

Keep up the good work, weight will varry even if you are doing everything right! Do keep moving!

Good morning!! ok hon @figmentfan423 sending you lots and lots of pixie dust!!! Ice scares me. Do not like to walk on it. Take it easy, like you told me to a couple of weeks ago!!;)
Getting a late start this morning. I always do that after DH has been off during the week. Throws my schedule off a bit. Anyhoo, walking will be inside today. It is very windy and in low 30s!! I don't mind sharing things @figment423 with you but sharing that wintry weather up North and sending it to me down South ain't cutting it!! LOL We have daffodils, forsythia bushes, etc. blooming. The robins are out for goodness sakes!! Brrr!
Breakfast was a muesli recipe from Dr. Oz that you make and sit in fridge overnight then add fruit to it. IT was quite tasty with blueberries! Lunch will be turkey on wholegrain wrap with hummus and veggies, dinner is goat cheese, lentil, and brown rice swiss chard rolls. Drinking lots of crystal light drops in water. Feeling so good with this 4 week pre-Disney diet thing!! Have lots more energy than I usually do.

Thank you my ankle doesn't hurt with just walking but side to side is a bit iffy. Taking it easy not doing side movements! I'm trying to sent the air north but it isn't working! Need to hunt down more of those lying groundhogs!

Good for you!!!! I can't wait to walk for some serious distance outside!!! By the way do you know what 7 degrees is in American?

Good morning to all of you!!! My ankle is almost 100% so I did JM's No more trouble zones and Leslie Sansone's 5 miles with boosters, yes I did modify some moves but I feel really good! Just had a smoothie, kale, spinich, pineapple and a little coconut not quite a pina colada but not bad for breakfast! It's cold so I also had coffee with almond milk and some almonds snack will be hummus and WW low sodium crackers lunh a salad with black beans and dinner will depend on what my boys want thinking stir fry with tofu for me and chicken for them! Have a great day and keep moving and eat as good as you can! xoxo Figgy!

It is so darn cold!! Hard to move in the mornings! The sun helps a bit, but not too much. Right now we are a balmy 35 degrees here. Brrrr!!!

Workout will be just walking today--hopefully outside later on when it warms up?? Plus, steam cleaning my wood floors so more moving around too!! LOL

35 that's a heat wave!!! It warmed up to 33 so far brrrrrrrrr!! I got out and did 2 1 mile walks and I'm still frozen the sun isn't helping!!:mad: Gonna get me another groundhog! Southern fried sounds good for tonight! LOL

I miss her too!!!!!!!!!:( Sometimes life gets in the way! I haven't heard from @Sans Souci in a while either!:)
