Good morning to all of you. I heard something interesting all effort big or small counts towards a better you!:) Woke up really early (snoring dh) so I did Tommy Deters Cardio Kickboxing, Petra's core with ball and kickboxing and 2 quick miles! Lots of energy today I've already abused Hatter!! Hey! Somebody's gotta do it! LOL Breakfast another scone with coffee, snack apple with almond butter, lunch and dinner will be stir fries different veggies one with beans and one with tofu! I've been eating a lot of raw veggies and noticed I get cold easier when I do, so they are going to be cooked for a few days! My evening snack will probably be a pear and some WW crackers!

Well we woke up to snow this morning! Less than an inch though. It is pretty!
Workout was awesome yesterday! Did my 3.5 miles outside and did Zumba for 30 mts. Think I am doing Zumba instead of weights for my shoulder awhile. I got it moving but not putting all that weight on it!
Today walking inside cause it's in the 20s!! Brrr!
Breakfast today was a waffle-wanted warm, no syrup though. Lunch turkey sand with veggies, snack hummus and carrot sticks and peppers. Dinner leftover chicken meatballs and whole wheat orzo from last night.
Now let's get this day started!!!

Walk and Zumba I'm so proud of you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!:) Way to get moving!!! I couldn't agree more no weights until you are fully healed. The snow stopped being pretty about a week after that lying grounhog promised us an early spring!

Thanks!! We haven't had anything but a couple of dustings under two inches at most this year. It was even worse last year! And we live in the mtns!! What is up with that?? All of it by-passes us and goes up your way.
We used to get snows up to my hips when I was little! Now zilch!
But I do have to say I love warm weather. One big snow a year would suit me fine:)

I think I was spoiled last winter one big October snow gone in 2 days then NOTHING!

Good morning to all!! So far I have gotten up and dod 45 minutes of yoga and had a berry spinich and kale smoothie. Now for some herbal tea to warm me up. I've gor a busy day ahead heading out for the day so I'm going to pack a salad with beans for luch and bring an apple and almond butter. Busy but fun day shopping for a friend's baby and going to a super crazy aerobics class! So get up and get moving and if I don't talk to you before Monday have a good weekend!:)

Morning! Up and at 'em it's Friday!!
@figmentfan423 have a great weekend friend!!
I am also busy today! Gotta clean house, laundry, and pack us to visit our DD out of town for weekend!! So excited! Haven't seen her since Christmas!! Going to get my walk in sometime today!
Breakfast is nonfat Greek yogurt and granola, lunch is turkey and hummus wrap with veggies, fruit and crystal light drinks for snacks, and dinner will be pork tenderloin with sweet potatoes and green beans.

I survived yesterday!! The friend who asked that I pop over for an exercise class I hadn't seen in quite a while. YIKES 2 hours of crazy upbeat aerobics 2 one hr classes with only a 15 minute break between! dance music and techno! Darn I'm getting old! But it was fun! Today is another busy day so I'm off to put in 2 yoga dvds and head out for the day! Breakfast a smothie snack a pear and almond butter the rest of the day will depend on what looks good at the store!
