working out for Disney

hey there...are you asking if people workout for an upcoming Disney trip?

I workout through the year. One of the things I do to keep my legs is to walk every day on my lunch break. I walk about 14 city blocks...one way...so that's 28 city blocks in total..(takes about an hour). At home I do the usual stuff...pushups, weights, bow flex. To really prepare for a trip...I may also do some running...
