Yesterday afternoon I got to practice with my great yoga buddy! We killed it!
This morning I woke to a 15 meditation and a power yoga circuit.
Breakfast was coconut yogurt stawberries, black berries, pecans and hemp seed
Lunch is avacado tomato vegan mozzarella on a jalapeno vegan wrap
Dinner...looks like a nice big kale salad with chick peas, green peas, beets and tofu and balsamic drizzle.
Fast and furious dinner will be we are off to my nieces school play!

@LuLaSue I bought some kale to make kale chips but I see you make a salad with it. Do you just use it like lettuce? Thanks!
I don't know how @LuLaSue makes her's but if it's baby kale I use it like lettuce and if it's a bit tougher I lightly steam it! I hate snow but I went out a walked a VERY quick mile! The groundhogs better hide from me I might be vegan but my boys are part puma!!!! LOL Change in plans for food, it is too cold for a smoothie so organic 100 percent whole grain raisin bran with cafe au lait (coconut milk) my younger ds wants to make hummus for lunch with fresh veggies. He can make it all by himself (he's 10) Train them young! For their exercise today they will shovel snow and play Disneyland kinnect! I need a hot chocolate, cocoa powder, stevia and almond milk and just a few drops of almond extract, hopefully that will warm me up!

Thanks! I will try to steam it since it's the curly kind that looks kinda tough!
Yep teaching kids to cook is the way to go! I am so glad that I let my DD in the kitchen when she was young and help me. She could take care of herself in college and now being on her own.
Hot chocolate sounds good!
We are warming up some. Supposed to hit 60. We will see:)
Stay warm @figmentfan423!!

I chop up the kale to make it easier to eat. It certainly has more texture than escarole or romaine but, I enjoy that bite. Escarole is my alternate. Very rarely do I eat romaine or mixed greens anyomore. Pasta Fagioli is a staple in our house. I use kale, it stands up to the freezer!

I abosolutely love kale chips!

Good morning this am workout was JM's ripped in 30, the Firm's ignite calorie burn and 5 miles with boosters! First time for the ignite calorie burn it was enjoyable those 8 second bursts were quite managable a nice change of pace. Breakfast sounds a lot more indulgent than it was a orange cranberry scone (homemade lowfat 100percent WW) with coffee with almond extract and almond milk. snack will be an apple and hummus I'm not sure about lunch thinking salad and black beans and dinner stir fry with tofu!
