working out for Disney

Yeah I think that's a Europe thing...these countries are all so small that they have to fit too many houses into a small space to accommodate everyone. My best friend from growing up moved to Australia a couple of years ago and was scheduled to move to London in January. When they got to Australia, she complained about how small the house was. She sent me pictures and her house could have eaten my house for breakfast. I told her, if you think THAT'S small, wait till you get to London! But now the company her husband was working for was bought out and they won't pay for international moves, so she's not going to London anymore. Made me sad because then she'd be close enough for me to hop a plane once in a while to see her. But at least she doesn't have to live in a crackerjack box!
Have you ever watched Tiny House Nation? It's how people live in a tiny house, some are as small as a 220 sq. feet. They go up to 500 sq. feet. It's amazing how much these builder's can cram into one of these houses. I love watching the series, they give good tips on getting organized, and living in a very small house.

Yeah, I saw a guy I think on Oprah, who lived in a TINY place...it was smaller than my shed, I think. You really can't accumulate much junk when you live in a place that small! My clutziness would be a problem in a space that small though. I hate to think of the bruises I would have from running into things, stubbing toes, etc.

My pedometer says I walked just over 14,000 steps at work tonight. It said 9.9 km, which I looked up and is just over 6 miles. And then I live about 5.5 kilometers from work, so I biked 11 km today as well. (almost 7 miles) Definitely got my exercise in. The pedometer said I burned over 500 calories, just walking. I don't know how much I burned with the bike.

I love that show. It just points out how few possessions people need to survive. We all pack away stuff that we really don't need, and when people are forced to downsize that much to move into a tiny place, I think that's really cool. I admire the people who have taken on that challenge.

Today is LS's 5 advanced miles, I needed to get a lot done in an hour as it looks like I might have another busy day but I will do day 5 of the 30 day challenge today is 45 seconds. I have to run out and get a new scale as I'm pretty sure I didn't gain 65 pounds in a week LOL I'm hoping to find some almond butter as both stores I went to yesterday were out:hilarious::banghead: Did Dr. Oz or somebody else do a segment on the health benefits? Oh well life goes on. Now I have to figure out what I want in today's smoothie:hilarious::hilarious::hilarious::hilarious: My other goal try and be more organized on Monday Mornings. Have a great day! xoxo
Always inspirational.

Veggies on the grill. Potatoes, sweet potatoes, baby carrots, onions, minced garlic, red pepper flakes, spices, drizzled (OK soaked in) olive oil and cooked in a pan indirect at 350 for a little over an hour. Very good, but should have put in some mushrooms...next time.

:hungry::hungry::hungry::hungry: You're right a bit less oil and add in some mushrooms Perfection

I found 20 minutes last night and did Sara Ivanhoe's 20 minute yoga makeover. It was good not great but not bad either. Today I woke up and did Jessica Smith's version of PiYo. I liked that much better. Heart rate up, no jumping, every muscle feels worked so it looks like it might have a home in my workout rotation best yet it was on youtube for free. My friends and I are supposed to go for a walk around my lake as soon as the school bus leaves. LOL It's 34 and one of the people hate the cold, she wears her snow pants when it gets sown to 50. So if they chicken out I'm going for 2 shorter walks that add up to more walking. I'm doing a grain free day should be fun NOT LOL Spinach berry smoothie for breakfast, Asian salad for lunch and Italian salad for dinner. It's too cold to go raw so both salads will be a mix of raw and cooked veggies. have a great day and keep moving.

Good for you, I burned 500 calories on my bike. I love it. Got to watch a movie, on Lifetime, and a cooking show. I was on the bike for 2 1/2 hours. Still no pain issues! Yea.

I would do that in a heartbeat, if those homes had a real toilet. Not fond of going off modern conveniences!
