This is super easy just put the berries in add a splash of "milk" run and eat!Do you put this in the freezer and how long? I'm a newbie on healthy recipes.

I want to come to your garage sale.It does seem a bit overly complicated for what it does, but I'll give a full report when we get it. My wife says we have too many things we don't use now, and of course she is right while pointing at the two Keurigs, Vitamix, Margaritaville concoction machine (and we don't even drink), rotisserie oven (used it twice) and lots of other things we should put in a yard sale. So, it is going to be a hard sell convincing her we need a new attachment for the stand mixer, but hey, we did use the ice cream maker and citrus juicer attachment more than twice...I think.

The small ones that just make spaghetti start at about $8 over here. Those are easy to use just cut off an end insert and turn.I love zucchini! How much do those things cost? That looks perfect for me! I wonder if the cooking store here has them...I'll have to look. I introduced my in-laws to the wonder that is zucchini. When I was little, it was one of the few veggies I WOULDN'T eat and now it's one of my favorites. My FIL started growing it in his garden. They had never had it until I moved here and now we go through TONS of it. One of my favorite ways to eat it is to either fry it or steam it and put seasoning salt on it. I have a seasoning salt recipe if anyone would like it, but it makes a huge amount.
I looked it up and I found a 47 minute 3 mile walk...it's similar to the cardio party one I do from Turbo Jam, but this looks like lower impact and intensity. I might be able to do this one right now even with my hip...that would be better than sitting around doing nothing.Sorry they're DVDs that you can do indoors. I like her 5 mile ones that take an hour. She also has slower and shorter ones. Several of her workouts can be found on youtube for free. I hate the cold so they're great in the winter or when it's raining cats and ferrets
I get Mrs. Dash, but I'm kind of burn't out on it. I would love the recipe. Hubby needs to get rid of his addiction to salt.I love zucchini! How much do those things cost? That looks perfect for me! I get the discipline thing, I go good for a while then, it kind of tapers off. I'm always going up and down the scales.Advice and encouragement always welcome. Mine is type2 and I control it with diet, exercise and medication so far, but I am sometimes lacking in the diet and exercise departments. Discipline is not a word I know how to spell.
I'm in love with Mr. Bread.Just stay away from Debbie she's not your friend! She's evil and ugly, she does have an excellent marketing department.
Yes much lower impact and she doesn't yell and has a very positive attitude. She even says on some her more advanced ones where there is some jumping and jogging don't do it if you can't. My favorite line she uses often is you can't do it wrongI looked it up and I found a 47 minute 3 mile walk...it's similar to the cardio party one I do from Turbo Jam, but this looks like lower impact and intensity. Another nasty with a good marketing department.I'm in love with Mr. Bread.
What are they called, I've never seen one. That would be so much better than pasta. The small ones that just make spaghetti start at about $8 over here. Those are easy to use just cut off an end insert and turn.
Spiralizers Walmart, Target it seems they are all over the place now. What are they called, I've never seen one. That would be so much better than pasta.
That sounds fantastic, but I don't know if we have stevia here...if we do, I don't know where to get it or what it's called. (they change the names of everything over here...took me FOREVER to find baking soda...now I've been told it's prescription only at the pharmacy, but I can still get it at the toko....Chinese supermarket) Do you know if honey would work as a sweetener?I'll make this easy no, no, no and no! How about a nice blueberry ice cream. Put some frozen blueberries, a dash of stevia and a bit of unsweetened almond milk in your food processor and run it until smooth
It seems logical. For me, the long term 100 lb goal is more...I can't think of the word. My little goals are more abstract. I know that I need to lose around that much to be healthy, but I don't really weigh myself because the number discourages me. So I think in terms of what I want from being healthier, if that makes sense. Like...I want to be able to go to Disney without worrying about not being allowed on certain rides because a safety bar won't close. I want to be able to fly on a plane without worrying that I'll need a seatbelt extender. I want to be able to go to a regular clothing store and see something cute and find my size, not dream about someday maybe being able to wear something like that. I want to be able to wear boots!! And I want certain feminine areas to decrease in size so I can shop in a regular lingerie store for supportive garments. (sorry...don't know how to put that in a way that's not crude or TMI)One thing I had to do was set smaller goals. So instead of saying I want to lose 100 lbs, I would work on losing 10 pounds, then celebrate reaching that goal before setting the goal to lose the next 10 pounds. I know it is only in my mind, but small goals to me seem more obtainable than one big goal, though both result in the same thing. Kinda like taking the interstate or back roads. Both get you there, just not via the same route.
Thanks I don't spend a lot of time in the kitchen supplies anymore. I have a very tiny kitchen and can't bring in too many new things, but this sounds wonderful!Spiralizers Walmart, Target it seems they are all over the place now.
Oh, I love fruit, so that's good. But fruit does have a lot of sugar in it, but it's better than white sugar. I eat a lot of blueberries now, and I eat oranges, apples, pears, grapes, very few bananas because they seem to mess up my digestion...my dd and I do smoothies sometimes, too. One of the things I WISH I liked is cucumber. It's very healthy, and would be easy to take to work for a snack, but I don't like it. And red pepper and cherry tomatoes. My dd will eat those like they are candy. I wish I could!Good job with the fajitas, and loving veggies. I don't like fruit, imagine, except watermelon and that has so much sugar. Except for jelly (I know , bad), that's pretty much the only "fruit" I have. I don't like the spreadable fruit kind, I like sugar but try to limit the jelly to one tsp a day. I find for me, cutting way down on "bad" things and increasing veggies and beans helps. That's what works for me, but our bodies are so different it's kind of trial and error to find what works. It took me a long time to figure out that white flour was the worst for me. That's what I've been eating the last 7 month's and it shows around the middle. I'm back to my bigger jeans. Hubby brought home chocolate brownies and cool whip, what was he thinking? He has diabetes currently.
I get the dilemma, my weight goes to my stomach. It's pretty big right now, for my height. I have long skinny arms and legs now, I look like a pumpkin in the middle. I should probably turn my jeans around, as I've never had a behind. I haven't figured out how to zip them, or I would! It seems logical. I like cucumber, but it doesn't like me....one slice and it's with me for days. Why is it that the things we like are so bad for us?Oh, I love fruit, so that's good. I used to love Mrs. Dash, but we don't have that over here. But one of the things I love is roasted veggies. I put carrots, red pepper (which I don't actually eat because I don't like it, but it gives the carrots and such a lovely flavor when roasted), leek, and sometimes a few potatoes in a bowl, put about a tablespoon or so of olive oil in and mix it so all the veggies are coated. Then I put it on a baking sheet with some garlic, rosemary, and a bit of fresh ground pepper and sea salt and roast them at 350 F (175C) for about an hour or so, depending on how thick the carrots are. I stir them about every 20 minutes and I try to keep the leek and the pepper on top of the carrots and potatoes because otherwise they burn. I've also tried zucchini with this, but it wasn't a great success...too much water content and it just made them soggy/mushy and flavorless.I get Mrs. Dash, but I'm kind of burn't out on it. I would love the recipe. Hubby needs to get rid of his addiction to salt.
Thanks, that must smell good, and I love to put things in the oven in the winter. Makes the house smell so good, and warm too.I used to love Mrs. Dash, but we don't have that over here.
