working out for Disney

My exercise today will be walking through airport security lines and concourses, and lifting my carry on bag repeatedly! :)

Sad to leave the Florida weather behind, but especially sad to be leaving the sight of flowers in bloom.[/quote:( ]I have felt your pain but at least it will be nicer when you get home!:)

Morning.

I am jealous of the people here who are getting warm weather and some sunshine. It's been raining here since about 1 AM. How do I know? Because my son came down with Norovirus at 10 PM and he was up all night with the attendant symptoms. His bedroom is across from the hall from ours and I kept the doors open so I could hear him if he needed help. I am pretty sure the virus has begun replication in my body and will reach critical mass soon. Did I mention I am emetophobic? LOL

Last night, I did a practice called "Balance." Tonight I have "Yin" on tap, if I haven't succumbed to the beasties by then. :(
Take it easy, those bugs seem to have really gotten around this year:eek: Don't push yourself too hard lots of rest and liquids! Hopefully you can beat them before they beat you! Good luck with your ds hope he gets better soon! Sending as much pixie dust your way as I can!

It's the beginning of a new week so let's make the most of it for those of us that can! Monday is weight day so JM's No More Trouble Zones and Kendal Hogan Rockin Body fun fun tingly muscles!:) I got out to see Mr. Sexy yesterday I didn't realize how much I missed him so today it's back for round 2! I can't wait for spring to be in full swing but for now 1 day at a time! OK people let's get up and move! Love Figgy:)

Monday, Monday...so good to me....
Keep it positive today. You must learn a new way to think before you learn a new way to be.

Sleep was not easy last night so I rose early and had 30 minute meditation this morning and 25 minutes of ashtanga yoga. My arms are a bit sore,good sore... I have been adding an extra vinyassa flow to each half round.

This afternoon brings practice with a friend for 1hour and 15 minutes and then I teach 2 this evening.

Just got back from a 2.5 mile power walk, I love spending time with the sun!:) Legs are a little wobbly but the good type!:) Hoping it stays nice enough to get back out a little later!:)

He pulled a lower back muscle getting into his truck on Saturday. I tell you, we are getting old!! LOL He is doing better though today. ;)
Going to clean house a bit then do my 3.5 miles inside today! Everyone have a great day!!

Good morning hoping everyone is in a good place today!:) Pixie dust for those who are still ailing with hopes for a speedy recovery! @sanssouci hope that bug didn't get you too badly and I hope your ds is on the mend! Just checking in did 10 mi. of Leslie Sansone today. No energy but I got through it, between the rain and clock change it may take me a few days to get my bearings! Hope to stretch or something later. Just keep moving!

Good morning! It is sunny so I am feeling good!! I agree, Figgy, this time change is killing me! A couple of weeks to get used to it! LulaSue hi! Good idea! I will start with my breakfast-plain Greek yogurt with homemade granola. I make my own to control sugar and fat calories. Yummy! For dinner tonight- wheat berry salad with strawberries. :)

Breakfast this am a sandwich with avacado(efa) onion kale and baby spinich a little hummus and good vegan rye bread lightly toasted! Lunch today will be a smoothie kale baby bok choy apple lemon juice protein powder and blueberries snack pear and almond butter dinner will be soup of what goes in the pot it's cool and raining so soup for me! I've been good lately so some organic corn chips and salsa for a late snack!
