A quick overview of the LS's space... from space!
Now, we all know the entrance is the curvey-swoosh thing and the exit is the tree path (or atleast i hope you remembered that)
The big circle is the main tank it is entirety.
The "L" shaped area on the main tank on the monorail side of the buidling is the coral reef restaurant.
The black spot on the roof on the left side marks the rough area of the Diver Lock-out chamber.
The raised roof area just past the entrance, sorta resembles a W, is home to Pre-show, Theater 1 (The Seas film), and the queue.
The monorail/right side line of the raised roof section if continued into the main tank, then turned 90 degrees to face directly toward the lockout chamber (just draw and intersect the two lines), is the path of the ride through the tank. It then went behind the giftshop along the side wall of the tank and back to the load area.
The observation deck is also where those two points meet - not in the middle of the tank, but rather offset slightly. The walkway on the second floor to the observation deck is directly inline with the lockout chamber.
Pre-show theater 2 is actually right next to the exit. It's behind the wall that had the big plexi-glass "Thank You For Visitting" with waves sign.
So, if you can map it out in your head, they've got tons of space to work with.
