:lol: When I'm on the phone with a CM and they don't tell me to have a magical day, a little part of me is let down. Sad, but true.But then no one can tell you to "have a magical day!" For some reason, I truly believe they mean it

My two cents - I've never experience upselling when I have called for dining reservations. I have always booked online, but this year, I called to see how I could get the free dining, since we'd be there for 7 days of it, but not the first three days. The CM actually worked really hard to get my reservations changed so I could save $600 without changing my dates or resort! No pressure to change resorts, no upselling. I was very pleased. I hope that's the type of thing that gets incentives! Working hard to make the customer happy!
