Pretty impressive run at WDW. Coming on 40 years if she stays until 2021.

While she's been with the company a long time, her bopping around for most of those jobs doesn't impress me at all.
Looks like she finally felt at home at the Contemporary, but if Fort Wilderness wasn't her thing, neither will Wilderness Lodge. I expect her to be there for 2 years, and then either move or retire.

Hopping around inter-company jobs like that is actually quite normal.
Staying at the same one for that many years would be an abnormality.

My humble take: She understands luxury and being in charge of a DVC Resort as it opens. Disney feels she is/was the best person available to run WL as Copper Creek opened.

Just returned from breakfast at WCC. All the fun and games have been removed. The team tried to make it an enjoyable breakfast, but it was no longer worth the time or expense to eat there. Full trip report on the blog coming soon. Much to tell after almost ten years of not being at the resort.

Ive read a lot of ignorant comments on this site, but this one might just take the cake.

We are keeping our reservations for the end of July. We have a tradition of taking our kids' photo in front of the todem at the mercantile on each trip. Although I am not the most out going person, I am going to yell for ketchup! Is there anything else guests could do to start up the "shenanigans?"
