So tonight is the fettuccine alfredo night... I will let you know how it turns out. Super simple recipe, because anybody who knows me knows my version of cooking is putting a frozen pizza in the oven.
Will you share the recipe if it turns out, please? I don't have an actual recipe for mine. I asked a chef friend what goes in and he walked me through it, but I don't measure anything, so it's different every time I make it.

Spenser doesn’t eat rice or cabbage, so Mike made chicken and potatoes for him. Spenser, of course, went to bed a full 30 minutes before food was ready. Yay for leftovers.

Doesn’t look that flat to me. (But I just figured out why he asked me if I wanted white or red wine with the chicken. 🤦🏻‍♀️)

Were those bone in thighs? If so, no one tries to flatten that. Chicken breast or boneless pieces can be flattened depending on the recipe, but not bone in. Tell him to watch those cooking shows a little closer next time. The only way you could flatten those is by driving your car over them but then you would be picking out bone fragments all evening.

Puzzle update: It hasn't shipped yet. I got an email from Shop Disney today saying things are delayed due to everything right now. They thanked me for my patience. So the wait continues.

We are almost done with the puzzle, the edges are really what is left. I think we have lost a piece and of course it is smack dab in the middle of the puzzle in the castle area. Sigh.... I got this advice from someone when I posted somewhere else about the puzzle and they said to do the edges last and do the design areas first. This was very good advice, I think because of all the curves in the edges that if we had started there first we would have gotten very frustrated. I hope you puzzle comes soon!

This might be one of my favorite weeks of TV of the year. Not only is Survivor on tonight, but starting tomorrow, there are three days worth of the NFL draft! It will be interesting to see it take place virtually from Roger Goodell's basement, but it's still the draft! I love the draft!
