Where in the World Isn't Bob Saget?

How is Jennifer this morning?
Tired of sleeping on the couch, but probably no more so than Mike is sick of the La-Z Boy. We have to figure out a way to sleep in our bed tonight.

Mike, of course, has been a dream. (He did say one sharp thing to me yesterday. I cried. We both felt bad. Crisis over.) Surprisingly, Spenser has been equally helpful. He does things for me a bit differently than Mike, but with equal effectiveness. Ski has been a bit of a pill. He doesn’t handle stuff like this well, so I’m not altogether surprised.

The hip joint doesn’t hurt at all, and the incision while nasty looking, is fine as long as I don’t put any weight on it. It’s the muscles, from the knee to the thigh, back and front, that are absolutely screaming. My entire right leg is essentially a useless slab of meat that can only be moved manually. Either Mike or Spenser move them together for me ... low and slow ... which is the lazy, pain-free way to move; or I loop a rope around my foot and manually lift my right leg while rotating my body.

This is the carp they don’t tell you at pre-op. They don’t tell you that you’re going to be a helpless, whiney baby for a week or so.

Better every day. Better every 12 hours, in fact.
Even better after I can have a shower and feel human again. Maybe tomorrow. 🤞

Thank you for asking. 😘

When do they anticipate beginning physio again? Are you walking at all with a walker or assistance?

So my alarm was set for 4:45. I woke up on my own at 4:30. Okie dokie so I got up. When I went to check on my son's waffle, I discovered I had a hash brown in the toaster. Then my low fuel light came on while I was driving to work. OK Monday - I see you - and I accept the challenge. Game on.
So did the hash brown work in the toaster? Is that a thing - a toaster hash brown? Fingers crossed, waiting for your response!

Better Call Saul season 4 is on Netflix now. I don't remember what has happened so far. I remember characters and minor plot details, but can't remember anything else. I swear it's been a couple years since they added a new season to Netflix. I have some recapping to do.

I heard it was a thing on the internet not too long about that Peppa Pig is really like 6 feet tall.
How? It’s a cartoon!

I need season 5 to start airing. I remember really liking season 4.
