The walker is now for zooming only, and for support doing dishes.
My chest wall muscles are on fire, so the crutches have been put away, and I’m predominately just using a single cane. And walls/furniture.
Clean Sheet Friday is not happening today, but to be fair, I didn’t sleep in that bed for four nights, so it’s not like it’s really grotty yet. That being said, I did make the bed today for the first time ... well, 80% of it before I got caught.
The opioids have been put away - I only ended up taking 15 of the 50 prescribed tablets. I’m taking 650 mg of Tylenol 3 or 4 times/day, along with icing and Voltaren Emulgel.
If I could only find a comfortable sitting, reclining, sleeping position that didn’t put pressure on my tailbone, I’d be doing the happy, happy, joy, joy dance.
Steak and baked potatoes for Valentine’s supper. I’m more likely to take pictures than actually eat, but hey, you never know.
