When you're the leader, you don't have to follow.
We slept in our own bed last night night. What a difference! Impossible to get in and out of, but my word, what a treat.

I don’t feel that I made any progress yesterday, so I’m going to mix things up a bit today. Starting back on my vitamins and regular Rx should help.

And eat. I should eat. Protein.

But first, I shall sink back into this pillowy delight. Later Peeps. Hopefully much later.

He “feels” neither 1.83 m, nor 6’.
Before you Googled, what would your guess have been?
I thought he was shorter - definitely under 6 ft. I saw an old photo from the Oscars in 2005 when he brought Giselle Bunchen as his date. In the photo he looked about 3 inches latter than her. She is actually 5'11" so she must not have been wearing heels (or he was wearing lifts).

"Progress" is relative. I'm sure you have some recuperation goals, but your body will heal at its own pace. Also, just the fact that you managed to sleep in the bed last night, is a big step, in my opinion. Even if it's hard to get out of it, that will get easier.

Glad to hear that you're eating some protein for strength.

Protein is a goal ... not so much an accomplishment yet. 😂

In the meantime, things are definitely looking up. Yesterday I was probably a smidge behind schedule. Today, I’m ahead. 👍

I need Mikey to come up and put me to bed.

I made tremendous progress today, but the tank is now empty.

As an old saying goes, "Each day, in every way, I'm getting better and better." :)
