My town is not small. No town on Long Island is! It's going to be madness but at least they closed schools today - they used to stay open and I was really uncomfortable sending my kids to school with so many strangers wandering in and out. My office is closed as well so I have all day to get myself over there.

Everyone goes to our library to vote and my mom's church has a chili fundraiser. So I'm going to vote and eat.

I hate to suggest the obvious, but, just because you wake up doesn't mean that you have to get up. Stay in bed, close your eyes, daydream. (perhaps about WDW) and like me you will drift in and out of consciousness and after a few days your clock will adjust.

That solution makes all kinds of common sense. However, when I wake up in the morning, I'm excited to get up, have coffee, etc. It's a brand new day, you know? Early morning is my favorite time of the day!

Yes, but 3:30 am is more late last night then brand new day. That doesn't happen until the sun comes up. But, if having a cup of coffee is worth lack of sleep, who am I to argue. You like cold weather too! There is just no way to explain it!

I voted right away this morning, I was voter #2. Voter #1 was my husband, I let him go first as he likes to be voter number one. I must admit once I voted I felt a big sense of relief.
