So Kona Cafe?

Yes Kona in the later years. The first decade I took my DS and then eventually my DD Kona was not open yet.
I also liked a few others that actually had 'real' coffee. The Original Chef Mickey's in the Disney MarketPlace, DTD was one of my favorites. It was a table service restaurant with excellent food and atmosphere unlike the hell they created at the Contemporary. The Empress Lilly had great food and coffee, that is where I took my DS for his first Character Breakfast.

One of my all time favorite restaurants to get away from the 'magic' was Bonfamille at Port Orleans before they shuttered the resort after 9/11. They never opened it up again and remains a test kitchen. Their dinners and breakfasts were over the top, great coffee and a hidden gem, very comfortable place. You can still tell where they sealed the entrance near the lounge. :( We use to stay at PO & Dixie frequently when my kids were young. It got us away from the 'magic.'

Prior to the moderates opening we stayed off sight. Waking up at the Hilton on hotel row DTD they had great coffee to compliment their free daily breakfast. Rooms were great, very large and upscale for about the price now of a value resort at Disney. Yep, I knew how to sniff out good coffee in a mug.

Well, I have a hot cup of tea and the second half of a really good book waiting for me. Not to mention a heated bed.
Later folks.

Laugh. The moment I would try to take Hot Tea into my bed with my laptop my 100# of Happy Dog would take a running start and bounce into our bed and it would be all over on many levels.

Don't know where y'all are, but here it's in the negatives. I just got to my office, after leaving an hour earlier than normal to tie extra scarves and hats to lamp posts around my neighborhood and downtown (with a note simply saying if you're in need, please take it) just in case someone who is hat less or scarf less can be warm. I stocked up on them during the after Xmas sales just for this reason.

It's freezing. So cold, under my two layers of clothing, three pairs of socks, snow boots.. My toes feel like ice and my face finally thawed out, after being in my office for almost a half hour, with hot coffee and space heater blasting.

Please keep safe you guys. If you don't have to be out in this, please don't be!! It's dangerously cold!

And Florida folks, stop laughing.
