Just saw on the news where local police may have my town on lockdown next week. They are apparently on high alert due to the infamous "trashcan stalker". Some crazy woman who goes around taking inappropriate pictures of random trashcans that sit out in public.

If I bump into this person, they say to remain calm & keep any trachcans you own out of sight.
