Can we please keep that drama out of this thraed? This is the place some of us come to get away from all that. Not trying to be a B, but it's time to put it in the past and move on. We have more important things to talk about like the Sageteer Christmas Special. Can we hire TSO for the soundtrack?
Sorry...I was out of the loop and wanted to know the latest gossip!

I never said that - are you accusing me? Why I should just leave this forum!! :D
My post was in response to Nemo's post joking about leaving the thread (Edit: forum). I was asked, so I answered.
It was all so pathetically funny at the time, and still is to some of us.

You too made me spit my hot tea. Thanks. I needed the humor on this cold, wet day. It was a so perfect day for a funeral. Oy.

And that's all right. That's why I said I wasn't trying to be a B because I wasn't and didn't want to come across that way. I appreciate that Sageteers respect each other and their POVs. I will miss Ferret but the choice was made and life moves on. I wasn't trying to be ignorant to your post Don. It's a great big beautiful tomorrow my friend.

It is indeed Platteville. Why, does this have special meaning to you?

Yeah it does. We always stop in Platteville from my families summer home in Galena IL heading to Northern Wisconsin. So many fond memories from the hole in the wall hotels we stayed at in Platteville, funky little diner we ate at too during our pilgrimages to the Chicago Bears Training camps (days gone bye) in Platteville. Lots of time spent in Platteville and sweaty little souvenirs from camps that still adorn my sons walls.

Sorry. :(

No problem. It all just kinda' flowed that way in that series of posts.
I actually had fun posting many times with both hatter and MF, but, as you said, life moves on.
The "swan song" threads were just a little over the top for my me.
Anyway... "We go on..."

My uncle has family in Galena. I have to ask, though, what is this "hole in the wall hotel" you stayed in? :p

The jokes that are going around on Facebook about Culver's are terrible. Here are a couple I've heard:

"Ronald McDonald was seen fleeing from the crime scene."

"The flavor of the day was Bonfire S'mores." (which is true...)

And then there was one political one that I don't care to share. I have to admit I laughed at the first one, but do you have to post them online?
