My husband's family is the same way. We always have Thanksgiving dinner there, so even though I make our own, they have to have the canned stuff on the table too. Fine with me - just means all the more for me!

The damage from the fire. It is possible that it was arson, because two businesses (car wash and chiropractor) in a nearby town also burned down at the exact same time. Our city's fire trucks were heading to those businesses and before they could even get there, they were paged back to Culver's.

I feel for the employees. It's hard to lose a job, especially when there are no warning signs.

I feel for the employees. I hard to lose a job, especially when there are no warning signs.

I actually know the son of the owner, and I know a bunch of people who work(ed) there. It's sad, especially this close to the Christmas season.
