I wish they would just go fully embrace that TT is a Tron ride and add Jeff Bridges to it. The Dude would really tie the attraction together.

At this point, I'm up for anything to "fix" that 2nd edition of Test Track. I really liked the first one; you could learn a little about car design (I also liked the crash dummies area), and the ride was fun. In the 2nd edition, the ride, itself, is still fun, but it's just a "ride" now and nothing special. Then again, I miss World of Motion (but, I digress . . .).

So maybe now that there's not much to see before the ride (I'm not a fan of the car design pre-show feature, and it gets really crowded around the computer screens, slowing up the queue even more), then they might as well just turn it into a Tron ride and have fun with it. This is not my first choice, as I'd really prefer something more educational, but it appears more and more that "educational" Epcot is going the way of the Dodo Bird . . . :(

Darn, the weekend is half over and slept all day! I had plans to go to Miami Beach for another adventure! I could just go now but it's late or I can just plan to go very early in the morning. What to do... What to do....

The more I read about your many adventures (and planning for adventures), the more I realize what a boring person I am . . . o_O ;)

Both my mother and younger sister play piano and sing. Well.
I started to learn to play piano, but, just always liked the guitar better. :)

We had a baby grand piano in the livingroom; I took piano lessons from the age of 5 through about 12. My mother wanted me to have some "culture" and exposed me to the arts at a young age. That was o.k.

However, the bad part was when she'd "parade" me out in front of the rellies to perform! She was positively delusional, thinking that I could play anything that anyone would want to hear??!! So, I'd pick an easier piece and still end up hitting a few clunkers on the keys, and be mortified in front of the "audience" in the livingroom. Of course, the rellies would still politely clap afterwards; but, even as a young kid, I knew what sympathy applause sounded like!! :banghead:

64 pages already on the Frozen thread? Not wild about the idea, but geez...

I talked to my DS last night. He said the general speak with Disney as for the negative fan reaction is:

Guests are not happy that nothing is being done with Epcot and attractions need to be update. So we go to update an attraction and they don't like that either. Guests just complain about everything.

Oy. :banghead:

Cubans are among the best capitalists! Some day Cuba will be free and it will be amazing what its free people will do to turn things around there and excel, more so than Japan did, in my opinion, because the spirit is there in the hearts of the people!
