The guests fault. You have to remain seated. However, guests might need to leave for some reason and should be able to do so, but it should an emergency. And changing one' mind doesn't constitute an emergency.

I have a few of those too. Energy, Animation Drawing, Shopping at Japan Pavilion. I love Test Track but have gotten in Stand-by a few times just to prevent heat exhaustion.

Probably. It stopped all of the sudden and they kept asking us to remain seated. Everyone in our theater was seated, but finally they had to evacuate after we watched the same scene three times
