I thought my photo for the Postcard Photography Contest was pretty good. Then others posted their pictures, and I have now lost confidence in my success this time around.

Guys guys.. I have to make a sad statement..
I'm a heavy drinker and I have a severe problem.. I cannot stop.

There is no longer a single Mexican restaurant in my town (pop. 98,000).
Not even a Taco Bell.

I love Greek food. As long as the olives are not over-powering, I think it's my favourite ethnic food.
I also like high end French and Italian too.

And Polish, Ukrainian and German; a lot of which I grew up eating.

Mmmm...!
Love all that food, too!

As you all know, we have tons of Mexican/Tex-Mex places, but, we also have plenty of Italian, Asian, East Indian, etc. Not much Polish or Ukrainian, but I did get a coupla' hits when I Googled. With the way this place is growin', I'm thinkin' we'll probably keep gettin' more of everything.
It's reported that our population increases by an average of 70 people/day (roughly 25,000/year).
