its pretty simple.
There are a lot of things that Americans ( as in from the USA) stereotype about the Russians.. mostly due of the "they are our biggest enemy" thing and the hate for anything that sounds like "socialism" or "communism".
Like inventing special exclusive slurs, myths, tales..etc..
so unsure if that wafer thing is a myth, story or other thing invented or passed by Americans.

Actually, good on you both for playing nice. It's so hard to get a feel for tone in this medium - smilies or no.

For the record, everyone here needs to know that I'm just a big ol' silly goose and mean no harm at all. I'm here, like most everyone else, to escape for a bit and have some silly fun. I guarantee you'd know for sure if my tone means otherwise.
