So pretty. Love the first one most. What is under the roof turret on the right side?

There is a stair that is coming up on the outside lower floor up over that arch in front of and below the turret. It is going up to a private covered roof deck with a fireplace and a view that the wife wanted as a retreat for herself.
You can kinda' see that on the paper underneath the tracing paper.

Awe, he is sweet. That is close to my talent for drawing. I can't. I've tried, Zip talent for it. I can paint, I paint murals. I'm not all that creative but I can embellish. I find paintings or murals that I like and I can plagiarizer the heck out of them.

I used to love home designs and floor plans and what not. At one point I was thinking about going into real estate as a career, but then I came to my senses and realized I just like looking at different homes.

Wow that year sure flew bye fast, much faster than the few years from hell during the toilet dippin economy.

Yea, can't believe how this past year just blew by!
Now that I'm settled back in and things are rollin' along pretty good, I wish it would just slow down a touch and I could cruise for a bit. Just a bit, though.
And, of course, when the economy tanks again (and, it will - it's inevitable - I just keep my fingers crossed it lasts a while again before it does), I'm thoroughly prepared this time.

Unfortunately I'm sensitive to a lot of paints (minus watercolors basically) so I didn't even take the full art requirement in middle school. Got out of it and took chorus. So GLAD that happened. Singing is my art form, though I'm a pretty decent pianist and creative writer too.

Here's an example my art talent:

A week or so ago, we did a pottery project (not on the wheel) in my art class. I was trying to make a bowl, and it looked deeper when the clay was wet. When it dried, it ended up looking like an ash tray.

Yep! I went out to get the mail in a t-shirt, shorts, and flip flops. the trick was avoiding the sloppy snow.

Is "get the mail" code for beer run...?!

Maybe if we pool our money together and 3 of us wins the lottery, we can afford to have one built for the Sageteer headquarters. Somewhere warm preferably.

Yeah, I'm a singer. I can't draw. Used to drive my piano teacher crazy when she would give me music theory and I would draw terrible notes

Yeah my kids went the chorus route too and they were competitive swimmers too. I play the piano too as did my DD and she is a fairly good guitarist too. My DS growing up had the attention span of a gnat so we skipped artsy things with him and he played all sorts of sports.
