Mini-rant here.

Some people's grammar drive me insane. If you don't insert a comma at all in a sentence that lasts forever and you just keep going and going and going then it makes the sentence hard to read especially if you blend two sentences together and make it even more confusing like when you mix two thoughts into one very long run on sentence I like rhubarb it's just so annoying and difficult to comprehend it's one of my biggest pet peeves.

Also, people should know the difference between "to" and "too" by the time they hit college (by the time they hit high school, actually). I understand typos and not knowing every comma rule, etc, but at least make it so I focus more on the content than the errors.

Rant over.

Ever haerd (like thraed ;)) of Xanax? :D ;) :)

Just got a sad phone call from my aunt. Her son-in-law (my cousin's 51 year husband) has been told by his docs to say his final good-byes.

He has been battling cancer for the past year and a half, but was really hoping to make it until July, for the birth of his first grandchild.

I'm not sure if I can go see him. I've been told that he looks exactly like my dad - bald, snow white beard, and 130 lbs. I saw him last in the summer. That's how I want to remember him.

On fresh, doughy Wonderbread hotdog rolls.
I am not ashamed to say that I can easily scarf down three of them.

(Maybe even four, if they're plain. Might be why I am currently on a diet, hmmmmmm?!)

I heading into Chicago with my DD tomorrow. Auto Show. Hoping to have a classic Chicago style hot dog. We have good ones here but not quite the same as the premo places in and bordering Chicago.

These situations are always hard. Thoughts go out to your family during this time. And remember, we'll always be here for some laughs!

I loved the Governor of North Carolina. Don't put on your stupid hat! (talking about going out into the ice storm)

Duly noted.
