Maybe they will not mock guests who wear Disney shirts for now on?

Honestly, I am not interested in any of their offers. And, what does this have to do with WDW anyway?
oh sorry, i thought wdw fans were always interested in what other parks might be doing, or are we so blinkered we pretend we dont care?
thought it might have been of interest and if its a good deal, disney might have to step it up also.
sorry for taking up your time.

I meant you put this in a WDW forum. There is a Universal Studios forum, where I think this should be moved to since this is not WDW news.

Seriously, what do we care???

Just kidding! I, for one, always think it is interesting to find out what "the others" are up to!

Count me as interested. I love Universal and I've always felt that a strong Universal is only better for us fans of Disney because it means Disney will be pushed to make a better park on their own.

Agreed kcnole.

I'm still waiting to see what WDW is going to fight back with for Universal's Wizarding World.

Its kind of hard to compete with an entire new land though...

Something to do with Marvel at IOA? I don't know.

My first thought, too, but really...the only Marvel superheroes who wear capes are Thor (B-list) and Dr. Strange (C-list--is he even in IOA?). So I'm thinking completely unrelated to Marvel Island.

Have to assume something aimed at the Mouse's birthday or 4/3 promotion. No idea what, tho.

Thor isn't B-list! He's an AVENGER!

Cometition and how WDW might respond is completely relevent to the WDW forum.

This is not presented as Disney vs. Universal competiton. This is striuctly a Universal conversation, about what kind of deal they are planning to role out. That is why this belongs in the Universal thread.

A war between WDW and US would be good for all, more promotions, better ticket prices, etc. Got me interested. I love competition!!!!

Unprecedented offer from Universal?

Buy four get three free.

I took a service from E-rewards a few weeks back. They were talking about different ticket options. One I think was $99 for 6 months with free parking and other perks of annual passes. Other was a 1 week, but no perks for something similar to what they have out now.

They had all sorts of which of these 3 would you be most interested in. Most were dealing with getting something involving the new Rocket coaster.

I wouldn't consider that unprecedented. When I had my AP to Universal I got two years of their (then top level) AP for 180 dollars. So that was 99 dollars a year with full AP perks (free parking, discounts, special AP previews, etc...).

I'm very very interested and can't wait to see what it is.
