What Would You Ban?

Food and Wine.

And strollers.
I agree with you on both 100%, especially "Food and Wine." After seeing a guy climb all the way to the top of the Mexican ziggurat, I avoid the area altogether. I did try to find a cast member to help out, though it was so crowded I couldn't find anyone in time. Luckily, someone was waiting at the top and the day (night) was saved. He made it up to the top, though it really could have ended badly.

Large tour groups - No more than 10 moving around together at once
Fast scooters - Limit them to 2 MPH. Make them so slow that only those who need them will use them.
Double wide strollers - At least anywhere indoors.
Flash
Singing/Chanting
People who don't use deodorant
Open-toed footwear

At the Counter Service locations I wish there was no more people standing in line who don't know what they want to order until it's their turn to pay. You think with those huge menus starting at them they would know exactly what they want before they order.

Along that same line of thinking I wish those with the Disney Dining Plan would know the exact amount of credits they have left, along with knowing what they can order. There has been a few times when I happened to be next in line and got stuck behind those people with that happening.

Smoking property wide
Alcohol outside of table service restaurants(in the parks)
STRICTLY banning flash photography on attractions
Little kids in the pools(unless it's a kiddie pool...sorry, but if your kid can't go to the washroom on their own yet, keep them out of the pools)
Scooters for those that are fully capable of walking but are too freaking lazy
Kids...or even other people, on shoulders during shows

I'd ban those big video cameras I've seen in the parks. I'm all for recording, but I've seen some people walking around with these big cameras, you'd think they're from a TV news crew.
