What part of an attraction would you pick to get stuck at?

I keep hoping, but it never happens. I cannot begin to tell you how many times I have ridden SSE. I have been known to ride it 4 or 5 times a visit, but nothing has happened yet.:(
ahh :( that sucks! I have ridden it numerous times as well and I have to say that is the first time we have ever gotten stuck on anything besides The Haunted Mansion (which happens about every time) lol
I wish you the best at getting stuck on SSE on your next trip! It was pretty cool!

Right at the top of splash just before the drop, it would be great to just hang there not knowing when you are going to drop.

That happened to me and my family once. It was a night during EMH. We climbed up to the top of the drop and just when we thought we were gonna drop, the water turned off on the drop. We were confused and we just stayed at the top. I freaked out, because I've never liked that drop and that was before they put in the lap bars. After 20 minutes 2 CM's came and talked to us. They said that the ride wasn't working and that they only way we could get off was to push us down and we get out at the next exit. They pushed us down, which was really weird without the water, it was like a slide. haha. Then we very slowly floated around and got to the exit where another CM met us and got us out. They had to do this to 4 other boats because they were on the lift for the drop. That's the only ride I've ever gotten stuck on, and I hated it...

Got stuck on hm right where the hallway is. I was about 7 or 8 and I could have sworn the night with the lamp was walking twards me. I was freaking out. By that age I rode it maybe 20 times but to this day that hallway still freaks me out

That'd be a great part to get stuck at. Love that scene.

I think it'd be fun to get stuck on the Laugh Floor - I think the improv that they'd have to do because we were locked in could be pretty funny. At first I agreed with the ToT that the view wuold be cool, but then agree that it would actually probably really freak me out that the ride was broken!

We've been stopped on the Kilaminjaro Safari just as we entered the Savannah. We were stopped for at least 10 minutes, and it was perfect as we were surrounded by the giraffe and other animals. We love the safari, but sometimes it just goes too fast to really get to see much. Sitting there for 10 minutes with a giraffe 5 feet away was amazing.

Well buzz lightyear broke down or was assisting a guest getting out...and it was stuck on Zurg for at least 2 min straight! I don't think i ever had gotten more than space cadet and i almost got Galatic Hero. And no the ride is not racist against astronauts mr saget.

The worst experience ever, and no human should be subject to is when C.O.P. kept repeating each scene 3 times before moving on. They kept yelling to not exit the theater but little by little people just bolted. I felt like i was in a Hitchcock movie and sat through it because i didnt want to be the second person to ever die on that ride.

I'm surprised, I thought for sure you would say Country Bear Jamboree!!

That sounds great, well it does if you are ok with the drop. The only ride I've ever been on that broke down was shiekra at Busch gardens Tampa, it stopped on the way up to the first big drop and stopped about 10 feet off the top, the views were amazing that high up.

I've only been stuck on a ride for more then 2 minutes once, and that ride was Big Thunder Mountain. I was going up the hill (the one where you can look to your left and see the goat animatronic) and as I was about to drop, it just stopped for 10 minutes. Wasnt fun. But I'll just copy and say when the windows open on ToT

I like this thread!:) I'd like to be stuck on the safari, and really watch the animals for a while.:) We were stuck on TT one time (my boys were 4) , and it was at the fast part turn- sideways. It was uncomfortable, and the boys were scared to death. We had to hold them in. But, it ended up on a magical note- the CMs took one of my sons to the control room to see how the ride works. They were so kind to him. My husband and my other little guy rode again immediately, then when he calmed down, we got right back on twice! What a memory!:D

I get a lot out of this site. But you just gave me the greatest gift of all, a belly laugh. Your last paragraph nearly killed me. Well played sir.

My family got stuck in The Haunted Mansion 2 years ago. We sat in our Doom Buggy for close to 30 minutes before we had to walk off the ride. My husband & I were in the Dining Room. My youngest son, who was 7 at the time (and nervous to ride as it was) was in the attic with my aunt.
It was neat to see the halo grams go on and off, and see how it actually worked. Although quite interesting, it definately took the spookiness out of the ride. My son, on the other hand, was terrified!!!!
We needed to be "un-locked" from our doom buggies by hand & were then escorted out. Despite all of the cobwebs, Haunted Mansion was very clean inside, even passed a broom & dust pan.
