We've been going in January which is nice because, aside from the marathon and New Years, it's pretty calm and you can get some pretty nice discounts, plus it's a nice break after the holidays.
But it can get a little dicey with traveling from and back to CT with the winter weather and also it is a time when a lot of rehabs go on (especially Splash which we're sad about).

We really want to go in October or May for the next go around!

Yeah we'd have a lot of fun with that!
But mostly because the last time I was at WDW in the fall was when I was 3 and I don't remember it  I'd love to experience fall at WDW plus the weather is warm but not oppressive.

Yeah i can see ur not one for the height of july in wdw haha :ROFLOL:

I've been in March, April, May, June, July, August, October, and December. Of those, I would say December and May are my favorite.

In December, you get the awesome Christmas decorations and that special feeling associated with the time of the year. With May, you have F&G at EPCOT and it is relatively low on the crowd side too.

Shot out to October and F&W. :slurp:

My favorite times are definitely May and Christmas time. Early May had pretty light crowds, not too crazy hot, and as mentioned earlier, F&G. The flowers brought a great dimension to Epcot! It really added to the atmosphere!
I also love it around Christmas. Great decorations and atmosphere, just fun to be around this time of year. I love the lights on the castle, absolutely amazing!

First week of December is really nice. Crowds aren't too heavy, weather's nice, and the holiday decorations make it extra special.

October during the Food and Wine Festival is a very close second.

Strangely I like the August/July months... the long lines and hot days make me feel like I'm on a true vacation.

The best rides are the ones where you wait an hour to go on imo. For example, Spiderman's queue gets you all pumped and cooled off from the Sun... ahhh memories. Watching the villains take over the town while barely moving. There's just enough to look at for you not to get bored, but rather anxious.

My favorite time is definately in Dec. I have only done it twice but I love seeing the parks all decorated for Christmas. I like Sept next because of the lighter crowds but not as lite as it use to be.

I'm happy to go at anytime. Our vacation schedule revloves around my wife's job (and available funds of course) so we can't be too picky in terms of when we can get away.

I'm hoping that this Christmas trip is going to be the best trip yet, but really, I'm just happy to have the chance to go to Disney Parks at anytime of the year.
