What is the longest you've been stuck on a ride in WDW?

I've yet to be stuck on a ride for more than 5 or 10 minutes. I've certainly never had to be escorted off a ride. My dad said he once got stuck on the Haunted Mansion in the attic scene. Not sure for how long though (Keep in mind, this was LONG before the refurb so he was stuck in the attic with the infamous popping up ghosts) XD

a few years ago I was stuck on Winnie the Pooh for only about 15 minutes.
then this year (dec. 15) I was stuck on Expedition Everest in the car for 15 minutes and then another 10 minutes to walk down. roughly. it felt longer to me, but my family swears it wasn't longer than that. haha.

Several weeks ago we got stuck on Test Track for about 20 minutes. We sort of sputtered to a stop next to the semi truck. Luckily, the sound effects only went off once, and after that they turned them off. We were all joking that it was the new Test Track "traffic jam" simulator

The longest ride at WDW was the end of the night at PPF, right at closing. DH and I waited for about 30 minutes. Other then that, we normally wait 10-15 minutes on average.

I got stuck on TTA for about 40 minutes in front of the hair-styler scene, and also a couple more times during the same ride on TTA, each about 10-15 minutes. There was a storm in the area - at least I was stuck (and dry) during the biggest part of the downpour in the park

I helped with evac training on Living with the Land before it reopened after the 2006 refurb. We sat in the last section of the barn theater for about 30 mins. For a long time after, I was able to recite the whole "In Saudi Arabia and Mexico, we're learning..." monologue by heart.

A few years ago we were stuck on Big Thunder for about 15 minutes during an E-ride night and it was almost 2 in the morning. They took us off the train and walked us back in. The CM's kept blaming Michael Eisner for the ride breaking down. It was pretty funny. They gave us a fastpass for our troubles.

The longest I can remember ever having to wait on a ride is once in Splash Mountain for about 15 mins just before you hit the first small drop outside and once in the HM for maybe 5 - 10 mins. The thing that sucked about Haunted Mansion was the it was during the transition from the ballroom scene to the attic scene so all I had was a black wall in my face.

Be careful what you say because you may have just landed yourself an evac or two  I said the same thing and was always surprised that I hadn't been stuck really long or evaced out considering I have gone to WDW every year since I was little and I worked there for awhile. Sure enough, after I said that I got evaced off POTC AND BTMRR immediately after the Pirates incident.

I stayed off the rides for a bit after that :lookaroun

3rd scene of COP,
so thats' what...like 20-30 mins watching the same routine.
Fortunately I was fine, but my brother was very impatient by the time the carousel started up again.

I was on Ellen's Energy Adventure long enough for those dinosaurs to decompose and turn into petroleum. But I suspect that's the point of the ride, to take a bunch of guests out of circulation so the lines at Test Track don't get too bad.

I was stuck on Splash Mountain for about 30 minutes or so. The ride came to a stop when we were going up the 1st lift. We were literally holding ourselves up because we were going straight up. It was awful and I was all cramped up for a couple hours after! It was bad...

The longest I've ever been stuck was when I was working Jungle Cruise. My boat died at the trapped safari, and it took a long while to get rescued.

My husband and I waited in line for Toy Story Mania as our last ride one evening near park closing time. We'd been lucky and had very short waits or fast passes for everything that day, so were willing to wait ~40 minutes. Got on the ride and just as we came to the first screen, where you practice your shooting, the ride stopped. We sat a while, then maintenance came around looking at the cars and finally we started again. However, we moved only to the first shooting screen and again came to a full stop. The only good thing was that for maybe 3 minutes we got to shoot and play the game. Then it was shut down completely (luckily before the music made us crazy) and more waiting, then maintenance determined our car was the problem. The lights came up and everyone was evac'd out. Our total "stuck" time was about 45 minutes.

I thought the CMs who handled the evac were very professional, but as we were escorted out a woman behind us with her ~4-year-old son was mocking them for pointing out oil-slick tracks on the floor and that we should not cross a particular line as we walked out. "Oh yes, safety first is sooo important." she said loudly in an ugly tone. She also asked loudly, "Are you going to do something to make up for this?" and the CM said, "Yes, you'll be taken care of at the exit." But the woman was too stupid to actually listen to the response so she kept muttering about how she expected them to do something to "make up for" the situation. Of course we were given fast passes at the exit, but I thought regarding the woman What a great role model for a kid!

Since we got on the ride close to park closing time and then were stuck so long, we ambled slowly toward the main exit through the very quiet and dark DS. We were probably the last group off the ride so the park was really empty. Got some neat night shots and enjoyed having the place "all to ourselves". The lucky thing was we had another day at DS so got to use our fast passes and had almost no wait the next day.

I got stuck on POTC at least three times back in '05. Once at the auction scene, once right under the hair leg :lookaroun and again at the last scene just before unloading. Each time I think was at least 20 minutes or so
