What did you think to Butterbeer?

It tasted just the way i imagined, but i could only stand a few sips. It was nice i suppose but very sickly! I imagine if they made a warm version that it would be SOOO NICE! (But would probably taste exactly the same as a caramel macchiato from starbucks )
Im glad i tried it, and would probably have it again the next time i went, but would share with about 3 people. I would try the slushy version as well. I bet that is nicer and less sickly!

After hearing people talk about how it tasted like cream-soda to them, I thought I would not like it. I was told by someone who works there that they thought the frozen butterbeer was better, so we decided to give that a try. I must say that I absolutely LOVED the frozen butterbeer!!! Can't wait to go back for more, but definitely waiting until the crowds die down (I was there mid-week after opening weekend...crazy crowded!!!)

It's much better than just cream soda. Try the frozen one, it's actually a lot better than the non.

Frozen is the way to go. I had a plain, managed half of it and thought it would be a lot nicer if it was frozen, so had the frozen version and it was excellent.

I have only tried frozen at the moment. I'm planning on getting back to WWoHP and trying regular in september (after most of the local public schools are in session after a few weeks) but after trying the frozen, I'm not sure I want to, that is how much I like the frozen version.

anyone want to hazardous guess as to how I could make my own in the mean time (ie what ingredients you think might be in there). or if anyone in the know might know the full ingredients list, that might be helpful

or if someone wants to buy a frozen one, book some space in a fridge container and send it over to me in England ....... on second thoughts ...

Frozen definitely if you can manage being able to drink/eat it all.

Overall I like the flavor, but the frothy topping was just far too sweet. I am going to try the frozen one next time, as that seems to be the consensus favorite.

The non-frozen is okay, but both times I got it, it was not cold, and flat. It needs more carbonation and needs to be served COLD.

I recommend getting your BB from the Hog's Head. It's in AC, the line is usually much shorter, and the non-frozen was icy cold for me. Haven't tried the frozen yet, but I really enjoyed the regular.

I've only had the non-frozen and it was ok, didn't finish it all though. I'm gonna try the frozen version in the near future since it seems to be the more tasty version.
