Nice work friends.
I have been meaning to pop in and say...I picked up training for W&D where the DLand Half training left off. I took a week and a half off from running, then slid back into another Galloway Program.
I love it.
Sunday was the long 14miler. Today was a 45minuter. Made it about 6 miles. I lifted chest and tricep too. No surfing, no waves.
