What did you do?

Back from DLR. Wanted to beat 2 hours on the Star Wars half. Realized about mile 10 it wasn't going to happen so I coasted to a 2:07. Actually happy since I was chugging Nyquil and doing cough drops all weekend. :)

Disneyland is still awesome, even with all the closures. Hyperspace Mountain is A-MAY-ZING! :jawdrop:

Sorry you were sick - great time nevertheless. Post a pic of your Coast-to-Coast medal :)
We missed Space Mtn when we were at DLR in May 2014 because it was closed for refurb. Sigh.

As for me, 7 miles on Sunday at a decent pace for me. Today it is 1 degree with the windchill. I planned to run on the TM but in order to squeeze it in, my kids would have to walk home from various activities, and I don't have the heart to do that to them. So tomorrow it is.

Post a pic of your Coast-to-Coast medal :)

Thanks. I love these medals. I only did this for the Kessel Run medal in April but I might go back and keep my perfect DLR Star Wars going. It's a lot of fun and I think it's the fastest Disney course I have run.

You guys sure got some nice bling over the past two weekends!

As for me, I did manage to squeeze in that run yesterday after all - 4 miles on the TM.

So last year the day we got back from the Dopey I ran 6 miles, that Wednesday. I know (my marathon friends say to wait a week, but I am an addict).

This year it was not happening, my hamies wanted no part of that.

It was Saturday before I could even attempt to run and did about 5 miles at a 10:00 minute mile pace.
Yesterday I did a short 4 miles but at 9:00 minute miles.

Today probably another short 3 at a quicker pace. I am starting to get excited for April.

6 miles on the treadmill Saturday since I couldn't go outdoors during the blizzard. We got almost two feet of snow. Not sure when I'll be able to run outdoors on those precarious roads again. Sunday's workout was shovelling out our house, my husband's office (on a corner lot) and my mother-in-law's house. Boy do my arms ache today.

The Post Dopey effect is sticking with me way more than the last couple of years....still not back to speed or distance.

Yesterday did a 5 miler at a relaxed pace in the winter wind, yuck.

Better than naught I guess.

Every little bit counts!

As for me 3.5 miles on the TM last night. Having some tweaking in my knee. Hoping it just my shoes which have almost 500 miles on them. My new ones are supposed to arrive in the mail today and I can't wait. I am praying they are comfortable. I loved the old Nike Equalons, and when Nike stopped making them, I stocked up on enough for about 3 years! I'm on the last pair now, and Nike hasn't exactly replaced them with a new model, but supposedly the Zoom Odysseys are supposed to be good for my needs. We shall see. If not, I'm going to be an unhappy camper.

Another lazy 5 in slightly warmer temps. Looking forward to feeling better.

On another note and I put it here because you guys tend to be the most active posters, but did any of you used to be active on disneyrunning.com?
