6.03 miles in the dark last night. I actually felt pretty good and enjoyed the run. Going to New Jersey tomorrow, then New York
on Saturday. May run tomorrow morning but my long run will need to be Monday.

Last week's Higdon.
Tue - 5 miles
Wed - 7.5 miles (supposed to do 8, don't ask)
Fri - 4 miles
Sat - 9 miles
Sun - 19 miles, a bit slower but overall strong

Did NOT want to get up this morning at 0430 for a 5-miler. But was good once I got out there.

Definitely looks like you are going to be ready for January!

I am going to try one more longer run this weekend. I actually stuck between being excited and scared with the
races coming up as soon as they are. I am surprised at how quickly I am recovering from my long runs, but don't
feel really strong even during my shorter runs. Finger crossed, race weekend is coming.

Wednesday 5 miles, 47 minutes, was supposed to do more but I work long hours on Wednesday.
Thursday one hour eliptical
Friday 5 miles 49 minutes
Saturday 10 miles One Hour 40 minutes
Sunday 20 miles Four Hours and 5 minutes. I had a really nice strong pace till mile 17, about the time the Titans fumbled away their game. Took me 40 minutes to "run" the last three.
