Yeah, I am pretty sure going that fast reverses time.

Did 12 today in 2 hours and 5 minutes....took it easy.

But it felt good, an easy run.

I ran 12.50 miles on Sunday. The legs felt a little tire, but I ran with my camelback and tried sports beans for the first time.
I have never eaten before long runs before and rarely during. I am trying something new.

Two more of these mini-Dopey weekends to go. Running past the farms and a horse came over to the fence to say howdy. Probably thought I had something to eat.

I did a Christmas lights 4.25 miler yesterday and have a Turkey Trot 5k Friday morning. I hope to see lots of photos from the other trotters of their smiling faces with their medals and/or finish line poses in the non-Disney race thread over the holidays!

I do not believe we receive medals at the Feaster Five. I have heard the race will have about 6,000 participants. They run a
a 5K and a 5 miler at the same time. We do get a Table Top apple pie at the finish!

Sounds like fun. They do one of those in Manchester, NH. It is actually cool seeing a few hundred Santas running down the road.

Tuesaday another hour on the eliptical
I could not run more than a mile, if a bear was chasing me on Monday or Tuesday....
Wednesday 4 miles pretty fast suprising miles at 42 minutes....nice recovery.
