Welcome back!!Hello all. Still alive!
So after a terrible year or so, it's looking up. 3 days in a row of 5k+ runs, with a 6+ mile last Saturday, so 4 outta 5. Doing a steps/distance challenge that has prizes enough to motivate me to try to squeeze em in. PLUS second shot is tmrw, so 2 weeks out of possibly being brave enough to go back to the gym. Glad to see everyone else still trucking!
