This Weekend Dopey Training and Mid Week:

Friday: Slow 6 after what my weight trainer is calling "Squatember". We did 150 ughhhhh.
Saturday: Took the day off, had job stuff all day
Sunday: 13 miles at 9:45
Monday: Weight training only
Tuesday: Slow, very, slow 6 at 11:40.

Leaving for WDW today, long trip as we are doing the beach afterwards. Probably not going to get a lot of running in.

Life got in the way of my plan for a nice outdoor run yesterday, but I still did 3.2 on the TM after dark. The temps and humidity have finally dropped a bit so it feels like Fall. Looking forward to my long run this weekend.

Back from The World and Epcot's 35th. Then had to start 3-6-3 weekday runs this week. Didn't wanna do 6 miles this morning but it wasn't bad, 60F and a full moon. Have to take another weekend off for a golf tournament then it's back to Goofy training.

Well I was at Fort Wilderness for 6 glorious days followed by three full days at the beach.

I only did two runs, one at Ft Wilderness which was an awesome, slow, adventure of 5 miles.

The other was a three mile jaunt at the beach, both very fun.

However I knew my Dopey challenge was waiting when I got home:
Saturday I did a pretty decent 7 miles at a 10:20 pace. I thought it was good considering my diet during vacation
Sunday was a brutal 14 at a 10 minute mile pace.
This morning I have been to the gym for weights
