Sunday core and leg strengthening, I can't wait until my core is stronger and doesn't hurt for four days following this workout.
Monday - 3 pretty easy miles through the neighborhood.
Today - 5 miles in 75% humidity, took me about 4 miles to get comfortable running through soup but that's summer for you.
The only good thing about all this heat is that I now have a great reason to buy more running gear with this 5 day a week Hal Higdon plan.
