I'm going to start to re-read dead and gone by Charlene Harris, it's one of the Sookie Stackhouse books that True Blood on HBO is based on.

I'm currently reading Divine Justice by David Baldachi

Not sure what I will take on my trip, but looking forward to another great read.

I love David Baldacci books, especially the Camel Club series.

If you haven't read it yet, you should read "The Whole Truth". It has a whole new character I wish he would write more of.

Thanks, I will look into that one. I'm wondering how long until they make a movie of the series, of course, wondering who will star? But some stupid studio executive will do the series out of order.

Great book. Ever since the birth of my Son I have not been able to read much. I am still stuck on "Centennial" by Michener.

Funny. I read that book for a HUGE 11th grade english project that required a creative cover, and I used the two most extreme HM portrait pictures for my cover. It was actually really cool.

I liked the book. It's kind of intense.

 Very nice! That's what WED based if off of, afterall.

Try as I might, I cannot remember that one.

I know I have read everything London published, so I must have read it sometime.

Maybe I will pull it off the shelf this afternoon and refresh my brain.

As ashamed as I am to admit, it....I don't either.:lookaroun:lol: And I read it last year. Wasn't *that* good, IMHO...then again, it's not my kind of novel. :o

My book club just finished Redeeming Love by Francine Rivers, a retelling of the story of Hosea. Despite my leeriness before reading it, it is now probably one of my favorite novels of all time.

I'm currently reading Shadow of the Wind by Carlos Ruiz Zafon. After finishing The Thirteenth Tale by Diane Setterfield and enjoying it, this was a recommendation.

Next up will beSame Kind of Different As Me: A Modern-Day Slave, an International Art Dealer, and the Unlikely Woman Who Bound Them Together by Ron Hall and Denver Moore.

My fiance read that earlier this year and kept it hidden under his The Quotable Lewis removable book cover. He enjoyed it though and keeps telling me that I should read it some time.

I haven't read any religious material since "Last Temptation of Christ" back in the 80s.
The movie was better.

Unless "DaVinci Code" or "Angels and Demons" counts.....:lookaroun
