Good morning everyone! Hubby's home for the next couple of days so we're tackling the leaves in our yard today....may get some windows washed too. Have a good one! :wave:
So the company I interviewed with this morning sent me an email this morning...

I was like ! A) Who sends an email to say that, B) The wording in this email is rude. I guess no one ever raised her to say please and thank you!

I hate registering for classes. It won't let me take the business classes because I'm not a business major. Well then how am I supposed to start learning about business?!

So far I'm taking:
calc for business students
microecon
intro to equine science w/ lab
computer science 110, a requirement for business majors
music appreciation

My schedule is all over the place. I'm going to be on campus a lot. Ick.

The one business class that I need to take is open to all students tomorrow or Saturday. Cross your fingers I can get in. Then I wouldn't have to take computer science 110, which is the same thing kinda.

I have a Disney blog and this was the straw the broke the camels back for me about all the cuts Disney's been making. I posted a link to it on Twitter and had so much response from it. It was amazing. People are upset and I think this is what caused them to really get angry. Especially with the reasoning behind it. Obsolete technology my ! Call a spade a spade...it was cost cutting and that's it. At least we can respect that as an answer.

I think that's what was such a big deal about this...people really are seeing it as the last straw. And I agree, the response was insulting. Obsolete technology...bah.

It really is, from everything that's been cut over the last year, it takes Christmas lights for people to really think it's the last straw, but I'm glad. My rose colored glasses had been slipping for the past year and I could see behind the smoke and mirrors. I'm glad others are realizing it as well and willing to let Disney know now how unhappy they are. You should see their blog they just started. There are over 200 posts about how people are upset about the Lights of Winter.

And it was such an insulting response. And they did it via Twitter too...not in any other means...that's kind of low in my opinion. Like, if we say it on Twitter, maybe it won't make them too mad. Guess that's not true.
