Morning all! Getting ready to take the van over to the car place for some repairs - brakes. Then Mike and I are taking a casserole that Abby made for Greek day at school over to her...it's called pastitsio.

Someone who's heard of it - yay!! :lol: We did sub parmesan for pecorino cheese, but otherwise we tried to follow the recipe exactly. Found out when we delivered it we probably were one of the few that tried an authentic greek recipe...mostly what we saw was penne that looked like it was covered in alfredo sauce. I wonder what it will taste like. Mike said the bechamel sauce on top tasted good. :shrug:

non-stop since Tuesday night. :hurl:

What's worse is that we couldn't go on the playground at school today. and they all NEEEEED that time to run around outside. They were all breaking down by the end of class.

Oh...that's such a bummer. :( We had a week like that not too long ago.

Is it supposed to stop any time soon?

Just stopped in for a second...

I got the job I interviewed for!!!! :sohappy::D:sohappy::D:sohappy: Work is MUCH better (and 40 not 60 hours a week), pay is the same (:eek: unexpected) and the benefits are better.

I have to turn in my 2 weeks notice today though before I leave. As excited as I am...I'm a little nervous about it. :o

Hey, Bun, how old was Anastasia the 1st time you flew w/ her? And did you buy her a seat or just keep her on your lap? We didn't buy a seat for Asher for our trip next month but now are wondering if we should. People keep telling us how dangerous it is to not have him in a safety seat on board :shrug:
