Are they looking at ghosts or supernatural occurences
Actually, what ever they can find. One is an old historic theater where an actress "took the plunge." She jumped off the balcony and she recreates that scene all of the time. There are a few other ghosts there too. Kind of neat place to investigate.
There are the old salt mines that have the ghost of those that lost their lives.
But when you have a state that has such a history, not to mention a tragic history, you'll get a lot of supernatural occurances.

New York is full of tragedy you got that right! Well I think maybe the only state that might have more tragic occurences than your's might be Virginia or Massachuttess(sp?) there's is at a particular point in history while yours seems to be overtime...

I think you find that through the original colonies and areas that have seen some major fighting.
I've been fortunate enough to investigate some places and am always surprised by the history of areas. Exspecially those areas that you didn't know about.

Well, I am off to bed, have a good night.

Wow isn't 4 months like super early, I thought they didn't come in till like 8 months or so...:veryconfu
That's what I thought too, but everything says the 1st tooth usually pops between 4-7 months and some babies can get them even earlier. Called the pedi, he says it sounds like that's what's going on and that the symptoms can last for weeks before the tooth cuts.
The drooling begins!!!!
I know, he's a drooling machine! He's never been a drooler, now all of a sudden he's a fountain. And is constantly chomping on his hands. I can't even feed him, he tries to jam his hands in there w/ the bottle...then gets frustrated when he can't have both.

So do ya'll remember around this time last week when I had to go and help my boss acquire those few items from that woman who was passing away, but we couldn't take the books or her genealogical research till she did pass? Well I just read in the paper this morning that she has passed on, god bless her...she hung on an entire WEEK longer than she thought she would...

Well kind of like you that's a part of my job, I mean her and so many other individuals like her give researchers a jumping off point, and if I have to dig through a couple of houses to provide to my patrons with some valueable information I am willing to do that. I hope that doesn't sound like crude and heartless, but the research that people like her do is not done now, so many people just want to go on the internet and look stuff up and it's like but why you have these AWESOME books that sometimes are 200 years old and full of info that books that we buy nowadays just don't have. I mean I do all the book buying for our library and if 9 times out of 10 I try and purchase reprints of books that is based on older research because, at least in the historical context, older books are better...

So I think I found the tableware for my cousins shower but it's actually for a child's birthday, but no where on it does it say birthday or anything it's just really cute farm animals in pastel colors. Do you think I could get away with it http://www.birthdayinabox.com/party...ab_cat_id=1&cat_id=5&dept_id=240&SSAID=100959 the link takes you to a pic of it! Someone with more knowledge than me on this stuff lemme know, PLEASE!

I think so..it is absolutely adorable and would fit in with a shower theme since they all look like they are baby animals. I say go for it..

*sits in a recliner with my feet up*

Evening folks! Survived today, but I am sore. :dazzle: Truly am hoping for a restful night. Tomorrow is our final day, but I have to go in early to count up tonight's proceeds. And reset everything upstairs before the grandparents come.
