have you all seen ABC albums? if i used that term would we all know what i am talking about?

just in case: ex: a large letter A on the page, with the layout from the apple orchard.

you could use the letter E for your eeyore layout page.

this week we will use a letter page. hopefully i explained it.

use any letter of your choice.

theme your choice.

background paper patterned

solid paper must be used somewhere

number of photos your choice.

i don't think this one should be too hard, but if anyone would like anything changed, please post. i think this week we should all produce a page we all LOVE!

I just discovered your challenges and I can't wait to start entering! I was a part of that first scrapbooking thread where steve asked if we wanted our own special section, but I didn't realize it would grow so big so fast! This is wonderful!
I must go get to work! I had always wanted to do a Disney ABC's book, and copy/laminate it to hopefully use in a classroom setting. I think I'll do it in an 8x8 format---this challenge is just the kick start I need!

Awesome challenge idea and something I've never done before. I'm pretty critical of my own stuff and rarely can say I produce a page I "love." I'll give it my best shot though!

Welcome back sewin2disney. Glad you discovered our challenges. The more participants we have, the more scraplifting there is to do. We look forward to your input.

We should go in search of some of the other folks that originally posted and remind them we are here.

i wasn't feeling great today, i feel like i am coming down with a summer cold, so i was just sitting here, and came up with this in about 5 minutes. LOL

i will try to come up with something better thru out the week.

Very cool page, eagles. I love the style of the giant A and I also like the way the smaller photos in the center overlap others and the colors go really well together too. Cute cat!

Here's mine that I was able to put together tonight. It's simple, but I decided if I put too much more on the page it would just cover up the background.

A=arrival day
B=breakfast
C=cars
D=downtown disney
E=eeyore


i did this first thing for me in the morning, so i did not give it too much thought, since i can't think first thing. but it is just an idea.

i bet if you grab you photos you and look at them you will beable to come up with a lot of the alphabet, and if you have any letters left over, plan another trip and take more pics! (i wished i could do that)

coree, I also LOVE your fish page, that background paper is very cute!

I came up with some more letters, just off the top of my head. Really there are so many ideas that they could be...

F Foulfellow or Figment
G Gepetto
H Hats
I Imagination
J JoJo
K King Philip or Stephen (which one is for the carousel?)
L Little Mermaid
M Mickey or Minnie
N Nemo

someone else can continue it, maybe these will spark some ideas.

so many ways to use the ABC'S for disney. the character names was neat, but i would never have that many characters. i have some basic characters, just would never have the full alphabet of them.



side note: no one mentioned my page shape. LOL i am going to start using 8.5 x 11 pages. this way i can print my own pages. i still haven't had any printed. so i may go back and change my other layouts. although i am out of ink right now. must go buy some. i have so much to do, but this stupid summer cold is knocking me out.

I did notice it eagles, I thought it looked longer and narrower, but I just wasn't sure why. :lol:

It's great that you will be able to print out your pages now! Do they make page protectors in that size?

Coree and Eagles you guys are fast!! I like this idea a lot! Both your pages are really cute.

My sister in law got tired of doing Disney trip after trip so she made an ABC Disney album out of one of her trips. It was adorable.

Jenn you can buy 8 1/2 by 11 page protectors, I scrapbooked that size for years!
