I have been in bars in New Orleans - dangerous waters. Throw in a Zydeco band and some oysters, and now we are talking.

I love oysters! Salty RAW oysters! and zydeco too! Zydeco music is a nice break from some of the stuff I have to listen to on my shift.

I'm at McGuires. We have the Pit Stop on Jefferson Hwy and McGuires Grill and Pub on Magazine. I work the Luling location. I'll PM you my shift times

That's pretty cool! :) It's very nice to meet you...i'm already in my junior year, majoring in political science & international relations and hopefully minoring in religious studies. lol When year did you attend FIU?

lemon? Fresh horseradish mixed with cocktail sauce is how we eat 'em down here. I love oysters prepared any kind of way. Can't wait til the next month that has an 'r' in it. :lol: My 14yr old loves (T' Boudreaux) loves them too as well as froglegs and alligator sauce picante' .
