WDW Picture of the Day (Part 4)

In the spirit of MNSSHP. I took this last year. It was my favorite since I worked at the Confectionary. I can't wait! I'm going back in 32 days!!!

Great shot, I love the natural lighting in this one (really makes me think Fall for some reason).

Why am I the only one who posted an Alien Encounter picture?

Here? I didn't see one. :shrug: I think the reason could be three-fold: 1) AE closed before digital cameras were mainstream, so people were more judicious with their pictures; 2) those print pictures have to be scanned into a computer, which is a lot of work; and 3) the attraction was primarily dark, so there are very few photo ops besides outside the attraction.

In any case, I'd love to see more of yours! I love AE!

Thanks! Last year during my CP was the first time I'd been in the World during a season other than Summer. I missed seing the leaves change (my mom mailed me a box so I wouldn't miss it) but I loved it. MNSSHP and Christmas time are definatly worth making a trip down.

Great turtle. I assume this is from AK, but where?

The tortoise is located on one of the Tree of Life paths. The easiest way to find this particular path that the tortoise is on is to walk through the ITTBAB FP distribution and follow the path. The tortoise will be on your left about 1/2 of the way through the path.

I think that's a great idea! I have to get a few more pics but I'm planning on going to the party next Friday and promise to take lots of shots (weather permitting). I love MNSSHP!

I love this place. I hope WDW never changes it. The old vintage Americana theme here is so cool! A great place to relax and watch a few old Disney sports cartoons durring midday or when the weather gets bad.
