lspicknall - amazing picture of Worldkey!

Here is my post for today. The view of Spaceship Earth and Universe of Energy in 1983 as seen from the World of Motion Pavilion as your vehicle ascends up to the second level after the load. Two items worth noting in the photo is the size of the queue which runs back past the monorail track and to the far right you can see the fencing around Horizons which has not yet opened.

A larger size (1600X1000) is avaiable here: ...

Wow Jeff, that is an amazing pic, I really wish that they could make SSE "shine" today like it does in that picture, it shows the age that SSE now has behind it.

I give up. Clicked on the icon with the mountain, pasted the link, and I get "x". What gives?

Now cutting and pasting the photo worked on the test forum, but I can't get it to work here.

If I ever get this to work, the photo is going to be anticlimatic. *grin*

A little Disney Magic in this photo that most people don't know about. The trees you see over the top of the building look as though they are planted on the other side of the structure. In actuallity there is a large show building which houses the ride located there. They plant the trees on top of the show building to trick you into believing the entire attraction takes place in the building you actually see.

This trick is used a lot all over the property and at other Disney Parks as well.
